How to dry mushroom?

Mushroom is a kind of delicious and nutritious edible fungus. Shiitake mushroom is a high-protein, low-fat nutritious health food. The Baixin mushroom dryer dries fresh mushrooms in stages at low and medium temperatures, which will dry the mushrooms better. Dried mushrooms will not change any of their nutritional value. The aroma of mushrooms is preserved and the taste is better.

For cleaning mushrooms, if the output is large, it is recommended to use a professional mushroom cleaning machine. After washing, place the mushrooms on the tray and then put them in the dryer.

Mushroom drying adopts segmented drying, Baixin mushroom dryer can intelligently set the drying temperature for each period of time.

The first stage: the temperature is set at about 35℃, and the drying time is 3 hours.

The second stage: low-temperature drying stage, the temperature is set to 40 ℃, the drying time is set to about 2 hours.

The third stage: the middle temperature drying stage, the drying temperature is set to 45°C, and the drying time is set to about 2 hours.

The fourth stage: the temperature is set to 50℃, and the drying time is set to about 2 hours.

The fifth stage: The temperature is set to 55℃, and the drying time is set to about 2 hours.

The seventh stage: Turn off the heat pump host and keep the dehumidification internal circulation equipment running for 1 hour, then turn on the dryer to collect the dried mushrooms, collect the dried mushroom slices and store them in a sealed container.
Dried mushrooms will regain moisture when they come into direct contact with air, so they need to be sealed and packaged. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of the mushrooms.
