How to dry tea?
By BAIXIN flowers and leaves dehydrator
People in many Asian countries like to drink tea. The drying room is a very important step in making tea. The Baixin tea dryer can be divided into multiple drying stages to dehydrate the tea at medium and low temperatures to make the tea drier. The fragrance of the tea leaves is preserved, and the taste is better.
Put the fresh tea leaves evenly in thickness on the drying tray, and then push them into the drying room.
Tea drying is divided into four different stages. In the first stage, the temperature is set at 20°C-25°C and the drying time is 10 hours.
The second stage: slowly increase the temperature to 27°C-28°C, and the drying time is 10 hours.
The third stage: continue to raise the temperature to 35°C, and the drying time is 10 hours.
The final stage temperature is set to 60℃-75℃, and it can be dried for about 10 hours. The moisture content of the dried tea leaves after this process is controlled below 5%.
The dried tea leaf will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of tea leaf.
