Coconut is a common fruit in the world. It is composed of coconut shell, coconut milk, and coconut meat. Among them, coconut contains a lot of saturated fatty acids, protein, sucrose, and glucose, which are nutrients needed by the human body. After drying, coconut has high nutritional value, and dried coconut meat is used to make cakes and breads. Dried coconut meat can be stored for a longer time, so how to dry the coconut meat will be very important. Baixin coconut dryer can be divided into multiple stages to dry fresh coconuts at medium and low temperatures so that the coconut drying effect is better. Dried coconut will not change any of its nutritional value. The aroma of dried coconut is preserved and the taste is better.

Take out the coconut milk from the coconut.

Cut the coconut in half, remove the coconut meat from the coconut shell with a knife, and place the coconut meat on the tray. If you are drying with coconut shell, put the coconut shell with coconut meat directly into the drying room.

Set the temperature of the drying room to 50-55°C, and the drying time for 2-4 hours.

Dried coconut meat will regain moisture when it comes into direct contact with air, so it needs to be sealed and packaged. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better maintain the color and aroma of the dried coconut meat.
