Abalone is precious seafood with delicious taste and rich nutrition. Dried abalone contains a variety of vitamins and trace elements. It is widely regarded as an ideal food. Abalone drying is different from other food drying in that it cannot be dried at high temperatures. The Baixin abalone dryer can be divided into multiple drying stages to dry the abalone at low temperatures without destroying the nutrients in the abalone. It can also better maintain the nutritional value of the abalone and prolong the storage time of the abalone.

Choose fresh abalone, remove the lid, clean it, slice the abalone or dry it whole.

Put the abalone on the 80 degree water surface for 6 minutes.

Take the abalone out of the water, remove the surface moisture, and put it into the dryer.

Dry abalone at a low temperature of 30°C-40°C for 20 hours, and then you can get good quality dried abalone.

The dried abalone will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve it.
